About this file
This document is a specifications attachment for a residential electrical supplies procurement by Yosemite National Park. The contractor must supply all items listed on the Quote and Price Schedule (Attachment 01) or provide comparable alternatives with equivalent brand name or equal products, including item numbers, make, model, size, and description for any proposed substitutions.
The contract requires delivery of supplies organized into four labeled bundles: Bundle A (EPBG), Bundle B (Projects), Bundle C (WAGB), and Bundle D (VABG). Each bundle must be wrapped and delivered as a complete unit, though multiple deliveries are permitted. All quotes must be inclusive of shipping and handling costs with FOB destination terms. Delivery is preferred within 30–45 days of order, with offerors required to specify actual delivery dates on the SF-1449 form. Deliveries must be scheduled at least 48 hours in advance to the NPS Warehouse, Attn: Buildings and Grounds, 5083 Foresta Road, El Portal, CA 95318. Deliveries are not accepted on Fridays, weekends, or Federal holidays unless pre-approved. The contractor is responsible for unloading freight at the docking bay facility. Offerors must account for travel restrictions including a prohibition on vehicles over 45 feet and one-way controlled traffic 20 miles east of Mariposa, rockslide repairs, and potential weather-related closures on Highway 41 to Wawona. These delays and restrictions are considered existing conditions and will not warrant additional compensation.
