About this file
This is a Specifications document for a plumbing supplies procurement for Yosemite National Park. The contractor must supply all items listed on the Quote and Price Schedule (Attachment 01) or provide comparable alternatives with equivalent brand names or products. If offering alternatives, offerors must provide the item number, make, model, size, part number, and description. Partial quotes are not accepted; all items must be quoted as complete units.
The items are organized into four bundles (Bundle A – EPBG, Bundle B – VABG, Bundle C – WABG, and Bundle D – PROJECTS), each of which must be wrapped and delivered together as a complete unit to the NPS Warehouse at 5083 Foresta Rd, El Portal, CA 95318. Quotes must be all-inclusive of shipping and handling costs. Delivery is preferred within 45 days after receipt of order (ARO) on an FOB destination basis, with offerors required to specify the actual delivery date on the SF-1449 form. Delivery must be scheduled at least 48 hours in advance and will not be accepted on Fridays, weekends, or Federal holidays unless pre-approved by NPS. The contractor is responsible for unloading freight. Offerors should note significant travel restrictions in the area, including vehicle size limitations (45 feet maximum) and one-way controlled traffic 20 miles east of Mariposa, as well as potential road closures during inclement weather. These existing conditions and associated delays are not grounds for additional compensation.
