STATEMENT OF WORK
Trash Service for AIRSTA San Francisco Work Statement
In the performance of this contract, contractor shall provide trash service for United States Coast Guard Air Station San Francisco.
Places of Service. The principal point of contact will be the FACENG Officer or designated representative. Address is as follows:

San Francisco, CA 94128 Points of Contact. Notwithstanding the Contractor’s responsibility for total management during the performance of the contract, the administration of the contract will require maximum coordination between the Government and the Contractor. The individuals listed below will be the Government point of contract during the period.

Scope of Services
The purpose of this statement of work (SOW) is to describe trash services for United States Coast Guard Air Station San Francisco.
1) Contractor shall provide weekly trash pick-up for one 6 yd front load trash bins, one 6 yd front load occ bin.
2) Contractor shall provide twice a week trash pick-up for one 6 yd front load trash bin.
3) Contractor shall provide on call trash pick-up for one 2 yd front load a/g/p bin and one 2 yd front load mixed paper bin.
Term of the Contract
The period of performance shall be October 1, 2020 thru September 30, 2021. This shall be a firm fixed price order. Payments to be made monthly in arrears.
