About this file
This document provides a Task Description Template for proposals seeking funding from the Advanced Research Projects Agency for Health (ARPA-H) Proactive Health Office (PHO) solicitation. The template outlines the required structure for proposals, including objectives, task descriptions, locations, responsible organizations, deliverables, intellectual property assertions, and milestones for each defined task and subtask. It instructs applicants to provide detailed approaches and measurable events for all proposed work. Submissions should include novel prevention, early detection, and prophylactic methods for improving population health outcomes and increasing adoption of healthy behaviors. Innovative system-level solutions for effectively delivering proactive healthcare are also of interest. The associated federal grant program is the ARPA-H program funded by the Department of Health and Human Services to accelerate biomedical and health breakthroughs through transformative, sustainable, and equitable solutions.
