About this file
This research description document template provides guidance for applicants seeking funding under the Resilient Systems Office of the Advanced Research Projects Agency for Health. It instructs applicants to describe research objectives, tasks, subtasks, locations, responsible organizations, deliverables, intellectual property assertions, human/animal subjects research, and milestones. Applicants must propose cutting-edge technologies that address systemic challenges in healthcare and public health like rising costs, inadequate coverage, outdated infrastructure, and health disparities. Areas of interest include sociotechnical system innovations, health ecosystem integration, and adaptive/antifragile solutions. Eligible applicants include nonprofits, higher education institutions, small businesses, for-profit organizations, and tribal organizations. Selection is competitive, with an expected start date in FY2023. Awards will be administered as cooperative agreements or other assistance instruments under the Advanced Research Projects Agency for Health program (CFDA 93.384).
