About this file

This document is an Update to Industry for the Kessel Run Flight Operations (Flight Ops) Aerospace Readiness Enterprise System (ARES), providing a detailed acquisition milestone schedule and notional Bidder's Library contents. The acquisition timeline spans from 15 December 2025 to 10 August 2026, with key dates including the Final Solution Solicitation release, industry questions deadline, solution submission, evaluation period, and prototype and production Other Transaction (OT) awards. The document indicates the government is seeking to aggressively reduce the schedule wherever possible.

The notional Bidder's Library includes multiple categories of documents: the ARTEMIS Master Data Dictionary, Operations Enterprise Architecture Software Development Kit (SDK) with various user guides, extensive User Experience (UX) and User Research materials covering personas, user journeys, and operational workflows, and a comprehensive list of Air Force regulations to reference. The update explicitly states that no questions will be accepted about this current release, and all future inquiries must be submitted through the Agreements Officer after the Final Solution Solicitation is released on SAM.gov.
