A brush disposal deposit of $4.50 per CCF applies only if whole tree operations result in slash piles; this deposit is waived for cut-to-length operations. Monthly invoices will be billed on the 15th of each month based on previous month scaled timber volumes. A $500.00 bid guarantee in the form of certified check, bank draft, money order, bid bond, irrevocable letter of credit, or cash must accompany all sealed bids. The sale will be awarded to the highest value bid, and the State reserves the right to reject any or all proposals.
