About this file
This is a Request for Information (RFI) issued by the U.S. Army Contracting Command seeking industry input on Airborne Electromagnetic Warfare (EW) solutions. The RFI targets demonstrated, available, and operational state-of-the-art EW technologies that provide Situational Awareness and Electromagnetic Attack capabilities. Interested parties are required to submit detailed white papers by 4:00 PM Eastern Daylight Time on 10 June 2025 via the Department of Defense Secure Access File Exchange (DoD SAFE), with submissions limited to 10 pages and not exceeding Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) level.

Responses must include company details such as name, address, DUNS number, CAGE code, point of contact, email, and telephone number, along with an indication of foreign ownership. The Army emphasizes that this RFI is for information gathering only, does not constitute a commitment to issue a solicitation, and will not reimburse respondents for any submission costs. The government may conduct one-on-one discussions up to the SECRET level based on the quality and scope of the submitted information.
