About this file

This is a Request for Information (RFI) issued by the U.S. Army for a Generic Ground Small Form Factor Electronic Warfare (EW) system. The RFI seeks to conduct a market survey on potential sources and emerging technologies for an EW system that can generate realistic electromagnetic signatures in the radio frequency spectrum, with Electronic Attack and Electronic Protection capabilities. Interested parties are requested to submit white papers by 3:00 PM Eastern Standard Time on 15 April 2025, with responses limited to 15 pages and formatted in Microsoft Word, detailing system maturity, experimentation, cost, schedule, and technical capabilities.

The RFI is specifically targeting verified Cleared Defense Contractors with an active Commercial and Government Entity (CAGE) Code and a Facility Clearance Level (FCL) of SECRET or higher. Respondents must provide company details including DUNS Number, CAGE code, and business size certification under NAICS code 334220. Submissions must be encrypted and password-protected, sent via DoD SAFE, and contain only Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) level details. The government may conduct one-on-one discussions up to the SECRET level at Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD, but emphasizes that this RFI does not guarantee a future contract or procurement action.
