About this file
This document is the Final RFP Questions for Solicitation #75FCMC24R0002 A/B MAC Jurisdiction F (JF) RFP. It provides responses from the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) to various questions submitted by offerors regarding the RFP requirements. Key details include:
The RFP is seeking an A/B Medicare Administrative Contractor to provide Medicare claims processing and payment services for Jurisdiction F, which encompasses 10 western states. CMS clarified that the intent is for offerors to submit one consolidated PDF file for the entire proposal, not a collection of individual PDF files. CMS also provided revised versions of the HHS Subcontracting Plan template and confirmed the removal of the Veteran-Owned Small Business (VOSB) category from the small business goals. Additionally, CMS confirmed the 31% total small business goal stated in the Final RFP is correct as intended.

Question # Document Section Page # Question CMS Response
1 Solicitation
L.11 SUBMISSION, DELIVERY, ORGANIZATION AND
GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS 153-154
Is it CMS’ intent that the one copy of the entire proposal to be one PDF file, or that the copy of the entire proposal would be the collection of PDF files representing the entire proposal, sent in separate emails (labeled 1 of X, etc.) as outlined in L.11? It would seem the intent of the one copy is the collection of the PDF files as offerers must stay under the 25 MB email limitations for the submission. It is CMS' intent that one copy of the entire proposal to be one PDF file.
