Appendix A - REGULAR SCHOOL BUS MATRIX 25-26.pdf

This document is a Regular School Bus Matrix for the Tewksbury Public Schools in Massachusetts for the 2025-2026 school year. The matrix outlines 22 bus routes organized across three operational tiers serving two primary school facilities: Wynn Center and Tewksbury Middle/High School (TMHS). Tier 1 operates routes on a 7:30-1:50 schedule, Tier 2 operates on an 8:10-2:30 schedule, and Tier 3 operates on an 8:50-3:10 schedule. Routes are assigned to specific centers and drivers, with designations indicating assignment to either the DEW (likely a specific route center or area) or HB routing assignments. The document identifies a total of 22 regular bus routes needed for the school district's transportation operations.

The related state and local contract opportunity for School Bus Transportation indicates a bid opening date of Monday, April 13, 2026. This matrix serves as a planning document for the transportation services to be procured, establishing the operational framework and route structure that bidders will need to accommodate. The matrix provides the baseline transportation requirements that vendors must address in their proposals, including the specific routes, school centers served, and operational time tiers required to support the district's instructional schedule.
