About this file
This file is Appendix A of a medical test listing for the Pennsylvania Office of Attorney General (PAOAG) Physical Exams contract opportunity. The appendix enumerates the medical tests that qualified contractors must be able to perform to support pre-employment and annual physical examinations for PAOAG Agent positions. The contract is designed to determine whether applicants and employees can safely perform the essential job functions of the position. The service period runs from December 20, 2026, through December 19, 2027, with four optional one-year renewals available. The RFX number is 6100066981. All quantities listed are estimated, and the PAOAG will pay only for actual testing performed. A miscellaneous line item will be added post-award for any additional testing needed to confirm an applicant or employee's ability to perform essential job functions.
The medical tests specified include comprehensive evaluations such as panel assays for heavy metals, blood work including biochemical profiles and hepatitis screening, pulmonary function tests, audiograms, strength and flexibility assessments, drug screening through NIDA/DHHS/SAMHSA-certified laboratories, and various other occupational and clinical examinations. Pricing is to be submitted on a per-test basis for each listed medical service. All billing must be processed through purchase orders, and contractors and subcontractors are prohibited from billing applicants or employees directly for any testing services. No specific set-asides are identified in this document.
