The Bright Start Nurse Home Visitor role also requires a current registered nursing license and an associate's degree or higher in nursing, and involves providing direct home visiting services to eligible mothers and children using the Nurse Family Partnership (NFP) model, conducting assessments, developing care plans, and maintaining weekly reflective supervision with the team lead.
The Program Assistant/Referral Specialist and Community Health Worker/Outreach Specialist positions are described as new roles to be developed collaboratively with the awarded agency, with the former focusing on referral processing, intake coordination, administrative support, and community engagement, and the latter concentrating on outreach, community partnership building, client engagement, and administrative support to nursing staff.
