About this file

This document is an appendix that contains site photographs, lead testing results, a site plan, and information drawings related to the Gatehouse Service Bridge Painting contract opportunity at Ball Mountain Lake in Jamaica, Vermont.

The site photographs show the condition of the service bridge, railings, expansion joints, and other components that require painting. The lead testing results identify components containing lead-based paint, including bridge structural beams, railings, expansion joints, pipes, and door frames. The site plan provides a layout of the project area. The information drawings provide architectural and structural details for the intake tower, service bridge, and related components.

The federal contract opportunity requires furnishing labor, materials, and equipment to perform surface preparation and maintenance painting of approximately 625 linear feet of service bridge railings, 90 linear feet of gatehouse railings, the top flanges of the bridge girders, and four expansion joint cover plates. The magnitude of construction is between $100,000 and $250,000, and the procurement is set-aside for small businesses under NAICS code 238320 with a $19 million size standard. Vendors must have an active SAM.gov registration to be considered.
