About this file

This is a Statement of Work (SOW) Appendix for a drinking fountain installation project at Franklin Falls Dam in Franklin, New Hampshire, managed by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers. The appendix provides informational maps, photographs, and technical drawings to support the main SOW document.

The project requires installation of a government-furnished drinking fountain and construction of a new ADA-compliant walkway on the east side of an existing restroom building. According to Informational Drawing 5, the fountain pad is approximately 7 feet 4 inches from the existing building, with the new walkway extending 13 feet from the building to connect to the existing walkway. The fountain installation must avoid blocking an existing vent on the east side of the restroom building. Water service will be extended from the existing supply line that currently terminates near the sink trap inside the eastern restroom; the main water shut-off valve is located in the basement of the Activity Center building. The site consists of two restroom facilities (eastern and western chambers) within a ROMTEC modular building structure. Informational photographs and technical drawings detail the existing building configuration, interior plumbing infrastructure, foundation details, and the precise location where the fountain and walkway must be installed relative to existing site features and utilities.
