About this file
This is an appendix document outlining electronic transaction fees for the Maryland Health Services Cost Review Commission's SAS License Renewal solicitation. The document establishes the fee structure that vendors must comply with when submitting bids and conducting electronic transactions related to this procurement. The appendix defines the applicable fees for electronic submissions and transactions processed through the designated procurement portal or system used by the Health Services Cost Review Commission.
The electronic transaction fee structure serves as a mandatory cost component that bidders must account for when submitting their proposals and conducting ongoing transactions if awarded the contract. These fees are standard administrative charges associated with the use of electronic procurement systems and must be incorporated into vendors' overall pricing and operational planning. Bidders are required to acknowledge and agree to these transaction fees as part of their participation in the RFQ process, and failure to comply with the fee requirements outlined in this appendix may result in bid rejection or contract non-award.
