About this file
This document is a Description of Intended Single Source Purchase (PUR 7776) issued by the Agency for Persons with Disabilities (APD) in the state of Florida. APD is seeking to renew its subscription to the electronic document management system, Axiom Pro, for the period of July 1, 2023 to June 30, 2024. The Scope of Work includes conversion and upload services for voucher paper processing, as well as the Axiom Pro SaaS solution to support the storage and retrieval of digitized APD documents and data. The estimated dollar amount for this single-source acquisition is $85,000.
The justification for the single-source acquisition is that Image API LLC is the only local provider that can perform the required document scanning and uploading services into the Axiom Pro system, which is an existing system utilized by APD's Division of Budget and Planning and Office of Human Resources. Prospective vendors are requested to provide information regarding their ability to supply the required commodities or services by June 27, 2023.
