About this file

This document is a Nondisclosure and Use of Information Agreement between the Administrative Office of the U.S. Courts (AOUSC) and a contractor. It establishes the terms and conditions for the contractor to protect the confidentiality of judiciary non-public information that may be disclosed during the performance of contract number [Contract Number]. The agreement defines "judiciary non-public information" and stipulates that it can only be used for the purposes authorized under the contract. It prohibits the contractor from disclosing or using this information for any other purpose without written approval. The contractor must immediately notify AOUSC of any unauthorized use or disclosure, return or destroy all non-public information at the end of the contract, and may be subject to penalties for misuse.

The related federal contract opportunity is for a Solicitation (USCA24R0021) seeking tax expertise to assist the AOUSC with preparing and filing tax returns and estimated tax payments for the Disputed Ownership Fund (DOF) Pool.
