Annual Synopsis 2026.xlsx

This is an Annual Synopsis document for 2026 containing a comprehensive list of National Item Identification Numbers (NIINs) subject to review under multiple priced Blanket Order Agreements (BOAs) with Boeing as the original equipment manufacturer (OEM). The document lists approximately 900+ NIINs associated with solicitation numbers SPE4A125G0001, SPE4A125G0002, SPE4A125G0003, SPE4A125G0005, SPE4A125G0006, and SPE4A126G0011.

The Defense Logistics Agency Aviation is conducting an annual review of these NIINs to determine their continued sole-source status to Boeing. According to the related solicitation, all NIINs currently identified in this document are designated as sole source to Boeing; however, any NIINs determined to be competitive through this review process will be removed from the BOAs. The document serves as the foundational inventory for this competitive evaluation, with no specific response dates, pricing information, or award details provided in the synopsis itself. The review is being executed under existing priced BOA contract vehicles with Boeing.
