About this file
This is a Technical Data Request document issued by the U.S. Army Combat Capabilities Development Command Aviation & Missile Center for the Precision Strike Missile (PrSM) Increment 4 program. The request seeks unclassified technical data to evaluate the theoretical feasibility of proposed solutions for a long-range precision strike weapon system capable of engaging moving maritime and relocatable land targets at ranges of 1,000 kilometers or greater.
Respondents must provide comprehensive technical data across multiple categories, categorized as either Simple Evaluation Data or Enhanced Evaluation Data. Simple Evaluation Data includes full nominal trajectory information (position, velocity, acceleration, angle of attack, and Euler angles in LLA, ECEF, and body frame coordinates), flight vehicle geometry (CAD or dimensioned drawings), propulsion data (thrust and mass flow rate tables), aerodynamic lookup tables (force and moment coefficients), complete mass properties parameters, second-order control actuation system model parameters, lethal mechanism specifications (warhead and fuze type, explosive charge mass, fragment mass), and seeker attributes. Enhanced Evaluation Data includes Monte Carlo impact data with circular error probability (CEP) and statistical draw parameters, autopilot block diagrams, stability margin plots, IMU datasheets (if applicable), navigation update sources and rates, warhead fragmentation data per JTCG/ME-1-9 specifications, and maximum lateral acceleration capability data. All tabular data must be delivered as CSV files with clear format descriptions. Simulation parameters are specified with standard assumptions including motor ignition start point, launch from 0°/0° latitude/longitude northbound at 54.7-degree elevation, no wind model inclusion, and WGS-84 earth accounting.

5. Data Table Expanded Specifications
a. Trajectory: Trajectory data should provide a full nominal trajectory including position, velocity, acceleration, angle of attack (AoA), and Euler angles over the duration of the flight. Should include the following coordinate systems: Latitude, Longitude, Altitude (LLA); Earth Centric Earth Fixed (ECEF); and Body Frame.
b. Flight Vehicle Geometry: CAD or dimensioned drawings showing overall shape and dimensions of the flight vehicle
