This is a Sources Sought Synopsis (SSS) issued by the Air Force Life Cycle Management Center's Electronic Warfare and Avionics division seeking potential sources for the design, manufacture, and qualification of AN/ALQ-131 Electronic Countermeasures (ECM) Pod Parts. The required parts include power supplies, HVPS Band 5, A18 G2 RF oscillator, and forward/aft antenna clusters, with specific part numbers referenced to Northrop Grumman Corporation (OEM) specifications.

Responses are due by May 31, 2025, and must include both paper and digital copies. The NAICS code is 334515, and both large and small businesses, as well as research institutes, are encouraged to participate. Respondents must detail their capabilities in handling classified materials, generating technical data, quality assurance processes (ISO 9001/AS9100), microwave component manufacturing, and experience with USAF airborne EMI/EMC requirements. The government will not reimburse participants for expenses, and participation does not guarantee future contract awards. Some technical drawings may be classified, with viewing arrangements available for cleared individuals. Responses are limited to 20 pages and must address specific capability questions regarding configuration management, form/fit/function processes, and handling absence of technical data.
