SALIENT CHARACTERSITICS

All brand name products listed in this document can be substituted with a different product that has similar specifications and capabilities (Brand Name or Equal).

1. HDMI connection at the conference table, mounted below the table to allow user to connect a laptop to run video conferences, audio, and slide shows.

2. USB connection at the conference table, mounted below the table to allow user to connect a laptop to run video conferences, audio, and slide shows.

3. Ceiling mounted microphone. 8 receiving lobes located in the center of the room.

4. Adjustable microphone on the lectern

5. 7 ceiling mounted speakers

6. Audio Digital Sound Process to manage audio signals.

7. Crestron CX100 video conference system mounted in customer provided rack.

8. HDMI 4x4 matrix switcher mounted in customer provided rack.

9. HDMI 1x4 Distribution Amplifier mounted in customer provided rack.

10. Pan, tilt, zoom (PTZ) video conferencing camera mounted on conference room front wall.

11. Quantity 2 85” displays, directly mounted to front wall.

12. Quantity 2 65” displays, mounted on articulating arms, one on each side of the room.

13. Crestron CX100 10” control system touch panel mounted on conference table.

14. Crestron CX100 control system processor mounted behind the display.

15. Contractor must deliver and install all A/V system components.
