B.1 Range Pricing
The contract quantity range utilized shall be determined by the total quantity at time of delivery order award. For quantity increases, the range shall be based on the cumulative quantity of orders placed within a 30 calendar day period. Orders placed within 30 calendar days of an order shall result in a price adjustment on previous orders if the cumulative quantity falls in a higher range.
B.2 Downward Adjustment Calculations
When a subsequent award made in a 30 calendar day period results in a more favorably priced quantity range, the Government is entitled to the unilateral right to issue an administrative modification to downward unit price adjustment of all delivery order quantities within that 30 calendar day period. The 30 calendar day period begins at the award of the first of a set of subsequent delivery orders and ends 30 calendar days after the award of the first delivery order in the set. The difference will be deobligated from the unit price of all quantities of previously awarded delivery orders in that 30 calendar day period.
B.3 The contractor will manufacture product to the latest Government approved configuration of the AMP GAS P/N 13076936.
B.4 The Schedule of Ordering Periods and Options are as follows:
Base Year I - Date of contract award through 364 days.
Ordering Year II - 365 days through 729 days after contract award.
Ordering Year III Option - 730 days through 1,094 days after contract award.
Ordering Year IV Option - 1,095 days through 1,459 days after contract award.
Ordering Year V Option - 1,460 days through 1,824 days after contract award.
