About this file
This document consists of amendments to Price Agreement #6439 between the State of Oregon, Department of Administrative Services, Enterprise Goods and Services, Procurement Services (DAS PS) and Wilbur-Ellis Company LLC for the supply of herbicide products. The amendments reflect ongoing price list updates and contract term extensions over a multi-year period. Amendment #10, effective January 19, 2022, replaced the May 11, 2021 price list with an updated version. Amendment #12, effective February 1, 2023, updated the price list dated June 1, 2022. Amendment #13, effective February 1, 2024, replaced the February 1, 2023 price list with a new approved price list. Amendment #6 extended the overall contract term to January 28, 2026. The original Price Agreement was dated January 29, 2016, establishing the foundation for this ongoing vendor relationship.
Wilbur-Ellis Company LLC, identified by Federal Tax ID 47-5203608, serves as the incumbent contractor under this price agreement. The amendments maintain all existing terms and conditions of the original contract except for the specific updates noted. The contractor certified compliance with Oregon state tax laws (ORS 305.620 and chapters 316, 317, and 318) and independent contractor status under ORS 670.600 in each amendment. Price list amendments were executed by Kenny Macy as Director of Sales or District Manager for Wilbur-Ellis and approved by Keri Ashford, State Procurement Analyst for DAS PS. The contract extends through January 28, 2026, with annual price list adjustments implemented to reflect current market conditions.
