The amendment was executed on July 14, 2023, with signatures from representatives of both the state and the consulting firm.
The amendment modifies several key contract elements, including insurance requirements in accordance with 2021 House Bill 1057, contract duration, and pricing. The contract term is extended until July 31, 2024, with one remaining 12-month renewal option. The hourly rate schedule is updated, with rates ranging from $212 for Consultant/Staff to $478 for Principal, effective August 1, 2023. The insurance provisions are adjusted, increasing liability limits for commercial general liability, automobile liability, and employer's liability coverage.
