About this file

This document is an Addendum No. 3 issued by the Maryland Transit Administration (MTA) for IFB # OPS-22-031-MT, soliciting bids for Automatic Door Systems Service and Maintenance. The addendum contains answers to bidder questions, including information about service level agreements, response times, subcontractor experience, and joint venture participation. The key details are that there are currently no service level agreements in place, but there is a 4-hour emergency response time requirement. The MTA will not accept subcontractor experience to meet the minimum qualifications, and the prime contractor must have at least 3 years of experience working on automatic doors, which can include experience with Stanley brand doors. Joint ventures are permitted, but the minimum requirements must still be met. The public bid opening date and time, as well as the availability of bid tabulation, are also provided.

Regarding pricing and other terms, the addendum does not provide any additional information. It simply states that all other terms and conditions remain unchanged from the original solicitation.
