About this file
This is an amendment to a solicitation for vehicle wrapping services. The Department of Veterans Affairs Veterans Health Administration Veterans Integrated Service Network 15 is seeking proposals to provide full or partial vehicle wraps for various fleet vehicles and trailers on an as-needed basis over the next five years. In the initial contract year, wraps are needed for 21 vehicles and trailers including vans, trucks, and a 32-foot utility trailer. Offerors must provide pricing for vehicle wraps by vehicle type and size, with a not-to-exceed quantity provided. The amendment extends the response deadline to July 28, 2023 and modifies the pricing schedule to request unit pricing by line item. The statement of work provides requirements for artwork design, installation process, warranty terms, and possession times not to exceed 48 hours per vehicle.
