Purpose of Amendment:

The purpose of this amendment is as follows:

1) Reference Page 1, Overview Information. The purpose of this Amendment 2 is to update and extend the date that the Basic ARA will remain open for Calls for one-time only and for a specific research program Call. Due to unanticipated and unplanned research program delays for a specific AFRL/RY effort i.e., Science and Technology for Advanced RF Systems (STARS), it is necessary to extend the basic ARA to issue that specific Call only from 21 December 2023 to 1 April

2024. Again, the basic ARA period to issue Calls is not and will not be extended for any other AFRL/RY effort other than STARS. No further updates to the basic

ARA are anticipated at this time and more appropriately any updates will be addressed in any specific Call issued.

PROPOSAL DUE DATE AND TIME ARE NOT APPLICABLE AS THIS IS AN

ADMINISTRATIVE AMENDMENT TO THE OVERALL ARA VS. A SPECIFIC CALL.

NO OTHER CHANGES ARE MADE TO THIS ARA AS A RESULT OF THIS

AMENDMENT.
