About this file

This document is an amendment to a Request for Proposals (RFP) issued by the Maryland Lottery and Gaming Control Agency (MLGCA) for a Lottery Central Monitoring and Control System (LCMCS) and related services. The RFP requires oral presentations from offerors, with up to 12 hours allocated including 90 minutes for private meetings with the Evaluation Committee and the offeror's lottery customer. The RFP has been revised to increase the number of duplicate Technical Proposal copies from 8 to 9, and to add a new Attachment P: Corporate Diversity Addendum. Additionally, Section 6.2.1 has been revised to include more detailed technical requirements for the LCMCS.

The LCMCS contract is for an initial period of 5 years, with two 5-year renewal options. The MLGCA reserves the right to set aside a portion of the work for certified minority business enterprises. The current incumbent contractor is identified, and information is provided regarding the existing LCMCS environment and funding sources for the project, though no specific award value or budget range is given.
