About this file

This is an Amendment 2 to an Invitation for Bid issued by the State of South Carolina, Division of Procurement Services, on behalf of Aiken Technical College for HVAC units. The solicitation requires offerors to submit offers online at http://www.procurement.sc.gov by January 24, 2022 at 11:00 AM. Questions from offerors were required to be received by January 19, 2022 at 10:00 AM. The amendment addresses a question regarding project drawings, which have been attached to this amendment. Award is scheduled to be posted on February 2, 2022, and all solicitation documents, amendments, and related notices are available at http://www.procurement.sc.gov. Offerors must submit one copy online only and agree to hold their offers open for a minimum of sixty calendar days after the opening date. No pre-bid conference or site visit is applicable to this solicitation.

The amendment clarifies that drawings for the project have been provided in response to an offeror inquiry. All other terms, conditions, bidding instructions, and specifications from the original invitation for bid remain unchanged. Offerors are responsible for reviewing all documentation and contacting the Procurement Officer, Nakendra Perry at (803) 896-0022 or nperry@mmo.sc.gov, with any questions or concerns. The solicitation does not indicate specific pricing terms, set-asides, or funding source information in this amendment document.
