Questions & Answers

Question 1: Is it the intent of this request to deliver and install all requested furniture in a single phase or will the purchase be divided into multiple phases. Also, what is the timeframe expected for installation?

Answer 1: Delivery/Install: April-July 2025, multiple phases installed per floor, plan a total of 7 floors/trips to occur from April – July Address: 1205 University Ave, dock is located on W end off of W. Johnson

Question 2: How do we submit an alternate? I am not able to enter into the alternate cells, they are encrypted.

Answer 2: If you are bidding an alternate, you can copy-paste the cells into a new excel sheet and modify accordingly. Per section 5.1 The University will be the sole judge of equivalent acceptability between Bidders’ responses.

Question 3: I’m planning to prepare a bid in response to your RFB for the Humanscale products via Vendor Net. I have a question regarding installation: Will all the items be delivered to a single facility on campus? Are you able to share the address?
