About this file
This is Amendment #1 to a Request for Bid issued by the University of Wisconsin-Madison for the procurement of Radiopharmaceuticals Used in Positron Emission Tomography (PET) Scanning (2024-UWMSN-00423-RFB). The amendment addresses three key questions and answers pertaining to the solicitation. Proprietary products such as F-18 Pylarify and Ga-68 Illuccix were requested for inclusion but are outside the scope of this bid and will not be added to the product list. The University currently averages 10 to 12 fluorodeoxyglucose (FDG) doses per day with a typical operational schedule of first calibration time at 7:30 a.m. and last calibration time at 3:30 p.m., which aligns with the stated availability window of 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Responses must be submitted online through the ShopUW+ portal at https://bids.sciquet.com/apps/Router/PublicEvent?CustomerOrg=UWisconsin, with inquiries directed to Doreen Forslund at Doreen.forslund@wisc.edu.
The University of Wisconsin-Madison has confirmed that a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) in Word format is available in the solicitation's buyer attachments section for vendor review. No specific pricing terms, contract term duration, renewal options, set-asides, or award dates are addressed in this amendment document.
