Please estimate the approximate percentage of pages for books and supplemental materials where the original document was a PDF, and not an easily editable file type such as Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, or Adobe Illustrator.
This will depend on the contractor and OSM coordinator preference. In the past we have provided
Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point documents. However, we have also provided 100% PDF documents to be collated and assembled into meeting books.
The number of pages per book was stated to be between 200‐800 pages. Please estimate the approximate average number of pages in a typical book.
Page count varies from region to region. There are 10 regions and the average pages for Council
Meeting books is 200‐800 pages. For Federal Subsistence Board regulatory meeting books, the page count can be much higher. Please review the Scope of Work for further details.

50 to 100, varies from region to region and could exceed 100 depending on the issues that come up in each reason and number of regulatory proposals received by the Federal Subsistence Management

The number of pages per set of supplemental material was stated to be between 50‐300 pages. Please estimate the approximate average number of pages in the typical set of supplemental materials.
Page count varies from region to region, number of presenters per meeting, and covers a range of issues. It is difficult to predict and or provide a smaller average range in pages at this time.
Please estimate the average number of separate files which need to be compiled into the typical set of supplemental materials.
10 to 20, varies from region to region.

Please confirm there are 23 sets of supplemental material every year (2 board working sessions, 10 fall
Regional Advisory Council meetings, 10 winter Regional Advisory Council meetings, and 1 All Council meeting)
Supplemental materials would compliment each of the meeting books outlined above.
What is the minimum number of business days from the time the contractor is provided all the materials for a meeting, and when the contractor must finish their work and deliver the resulting book and set of supplemental material back to the Government?
This schedule varies. We strive to provide as much time as possible, however, edits, corrections and changes can occur on short notice with turn around times of 1 to 2 days.
How often, if ever, do revisions to books or supplemental materials occur during the timeframe of the previous question (during the time period that the contractor is working on the books and supplemental materials). If there are often last minute changes to books and materials, please explain/elaborate. (This question will help offerors to assess the amount of rework which is possibly needed.)
This schedule varies. We strive to provide as much time as possible, however, edits, corrections and changes can occur on short notice with turn around times of 1 to 2 days.
What will be the process of the Government's review and contractor's further revisions of the contractor‐produced books and supplemental materials before they are released, and what time limits are there in the revision/review process?
Please review the scope of work. Close coordination with the OSM team is essential. This schedule varies. We strive to provide as much time as possible, however, edits, corrections and changes can occur on short notice with turn around times of 1 to 2 days.
Besides work with the Books and Supplemental Materials, is the contractor expected to do anything else, such as posting the materials to the web, attending meetings to discuss the material, editing content, etc.?
