About this file
This is a contract amendment issued by the Arizona Department of Public Safety for Contract No. CTR069200 with Intoximeters Inc. The amendment extends the existing contract for breath alcohol test equipment through December 1, 2026. The document confirms that all other terms, conditions, and specifications of the original contract remain unchanged under this extension.
The amendment covers the continued provision of breath alcohol test equipment and related services. No pricing information, specific quantities, or financial amounts are detailed in this amendment document. The extension maintains all existing contract terms previously established, indicating this is a renewal of an ongoing indefinite delivery vehicle rather than a modification to core contract terms. Execution of the amendment occurs through electronic approval in the Arizona Procurement Portal by authorized representatives of both the contractor and the state procurement officer.
