About this file

This document is an amendment to the Request for Proposal (RFP) for the Oregon Department of Fish and Wildlife (ODFW) to procure conservation detection dogs to locate large coyote scat in two study areas in Eastern Oregon. The Proposer will be required to provide trained dogs, handlers, and other necessary equipment to conduct surveys annually from May 1 through July 31 over a five-year contract term. The first study area is in the Blue Mountains region, and the second is in south-central Oregon. ODFW has provided estimated quantities for the number of days the dog and handler will be required, the number of miles to be driven, and the number of per diem days.

The Proposer must submit pricing for each study area separately, as well as a grand total. Pricing should include the Proposer's profit and overhead, and any items not explicitly listed are considered incidental. ODFW reserves the right to increase, decrease, or remove deliverables as necessary to meet budgetary constraints.
