10. QUESTION:

Reference Amendment 0001 PWS, paragraph 5.1. Hours of Operation, ASEC. The paragraphs modifying the hours identified in the Amendment 0001 PWS for ASEC are a bit confusing.

Please confirm our understanding of the Government’s staffing expectations, in order to ensure we provide proper staffing and pricing:

a) Sundays and Holidays only requires one controller on duty for all hours.

b) Only one controller is required on duty from 0700 to 0900 Monday - Saturday (7:00 am to 9:00 am).

c) Only one controller is required on duty from 1700 to Tower close (either 2200 or 2300) Monday - Saturday

RESPONSE:

a) Correct

b) Correct

c) Incorrect. Only one controller is required on duty from 1700 to Tower close on Saturdays. Two controllers are required to be on-duty M-F until Tower close as stated in the PWS.
