This is a notice of intent that AFSC/PZABB anticipates issuing a Firm Fixed Priced (FFP) 5-year

Indefinite Delivery Contract (IDC) (One-Year Ordering Periods). This is for the repair of the

ALR-56M Non-crystal Oscillators, National Stock Number (NSN) 5963-01-362-9731EW, P/N

330376-101 and Frequency Converters, NSN 5955-01-362-4598EW, P/N 330373-101

The proposed contract action is for services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source, NARDA-MITEQ; Cage: 94546, in accordance with FAR 6.302-

1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency

Requirements. The Government does not own the data or the rights to the data needed to contract repair of parts from additional sources.

All responsible sources may submit a capability statement or proposal which shall be considered by the agency. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government.
