STATEMENT OF WORK (SOW)
CGC ALDER Oily Waste Offload
1. Purpose and Scope
• Coast Guard Cutter ALDER requires an offload of 3,000 gallons of oily waste.
2. Deliverables and Performance Requirements
• The contractor shall have an over the water permit to transfer oily waste from the ship to the quay. The contractor shall provide all hoses and connections to accommodate a 100-foot span from the discharge point on the ship to the contractor provided truck on the quay. The ship connection is a 2” male camlock fitting. Contractor is responsible for disposing hazardous waste IAW all local, state, and federal regulations.

5. Roles and Responsibilities
• Contractor will provide all equipment described in paragraph 2. Contractor will provide a qualified operator for all contractor equipment. Ship will provide qualified personnel to operate all tank(s) and deck fittings and shipboard pump.

• Ship POC will escort contractor and contractor vehicle from base access to the ship. Contractor shall notify ship POC upon arrival.
