The RFI addresses the Army's capability gap in operating an intelligence solution across both enterprise cloud and tactical edge environments with denied, degraded, intermittent, and limited network connectivity, while supporting multiple security domains (Secret and Top Secret) through a unified user interface with near-real-time data sharing. All content is classified as Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) with No Foreign Dissemination restrictions; only U.S. companies and U.S. citizens may participate. RFI #5 for AIDP– Industry Day
1. Title: Project Manager Intelligence Systems & Analytics (PM IS&A), the next iteration of Army Intelligence Data Platform (AIDP) Request for Information #5, Virtual Industry Day
2. Purpose: The purpose of this RFI is to announce a virtual Industry Day Q&A and to provide instructions for registration.
3. RFI History:
RFI #1, Market Research, Notice ID: ACCAPG25P010860 RFI #2, Industry Day, Notice ID: ACCAPGAIDPCTE RFI #3, Draft CfS and One-on-One Requests, Notice ID: ACCAPGAIDPRFI3 RFI #4, Draft CfS #2, Notice ID: ACCAPGAIDPRFI4
4. Problem Statement: The fielded Army intelligence solution operates solely through an enterprise cloud-based system that allows users to perform Intelligence Warfighting Function (IWfF) tasks. The existing solution lacks a cohesive, integrated approach for operating at the Enterprise Cloud and the Tactical Edge (Denied, Degraded, Intermittent, and Limited network connectivity), across multiple security domains (Secret and Top Secret), with a common user interface, supported by seamless, lossless, near-real time data sharing. How does the Army fill these capability gaps to support the Army IWfF from an Enterprise Cloud to the Tactical Edge and provide military intelligence capabilities and information to Next Generation Command and Control (NGC2) and Army mission command systems.
