Question 1: Are we allowed to partner with a subcontractor to perform the work of this solicitation?
Answer 1: It is up to the Prime Contractor whether or not they want to subcontract for this effort.
Question 2: In the solicitation under 2.0 Technical Requirements / Specification Requirements; Will the government allow the contractor to include the subcontractor's credentials to satisfy the 2.0 Technical Requirements / Specification Requirements #1-3?
Answer 2: The Prime contractor must hold the credentials/licenses.
