This is a combined synopsis and solicitation Request for Quotes (RFQ) for Water Treatment Operator services for the Eel River Work Station and/or Middle Creek Campground. The solicitation number is

AG-9AC7-S-17-0005. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-90 (October 25, 2016). This notice constitutes the only solicitation.

The project is set aside 100% for small businesses. The applicable NAICS code is 221310. The Size

Standard is $27.5 million. The Product Service Code is M1NE. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which will be considered by the Government. The Government will make award based on the best value quote, considering both price and non-price factors. The non-price factor is Professional

Experience and Past Performance. Price is approximately equal in importance to non-price. The price of the base plus all options will be utilized when comparing quotes.

A quote is requested in the format of the quoter’s choosing, in writing, for Water Treatment Operator services of one or both locations. An Optional Response Form is provided for quoter convenience.

To be considered for award, Quotes/Responses must contain:

Contact Info Contact name, Phone number, Email and DUNS number. (See SAM Entity note)

Price Quote Provide a quote for monthly services, to include cost for Contractor-Furnished supplies as listed for either or both locations. A single contract for services at both locations is preferred but the Government will award multiple contracts if that would provide the best value.

Active SAM Entity at the time a quote is submitted, the Quoter must provide a completed copy of FAR
