Mud Creek Air Photos Q&A AG-9AC7-S-14-0008
Version 1 10/14/2014 1200 PT
1. Are digital formats acceptable?
a. Yes, the Government will consider digital formats.
2. What are the specifications for digital formats?
a. For digital formats, quoters are asked to emulate the film specifications as closely as possible to achieve a similar/equivalent effect to a film version. Specifically, resolution would need to be 30 centimeters or better (pixel size) and images shall
NOT BE ORTHO-RECTIFIED as they need to be viewed in Stereo. In addition, deliverables would still include paper prints and the geographic locations of photo centers.
3. Are multiple photo dates/schedules being considered?
a. Yes. Acceptable shooting date ranges are given in the solicitation in descending order of preference. Should award be made based on a Quoter’s proposed shooting date range and weather changes cause an issue, re-scheduling of the date range will occur.
4. Will current weather status communication be available to the awarded Contractor circa the scheduled flight date?
a. Yes; communication of current and recent observed weather patterns, i.e. cloud cover as viewed locally (from Mt. Shasta and McCloud district offices) on weekdays would be available to the awarded Contractor before and on the scheduled flight date.
