C. Contractor shall coordinate with CO upon completion for a final inspection.
4.3 PREPARATION
A. Protection: Contractor shall ensure that proper precautions have been taken to prevent damage to adjacent areas from cleaning and painting operations.
B.
1. Protective covers or drop cloths shall protect floors, fixtures, and equipment. Care shall be taken to prevent splattering of paint on surfaces which are not to be painted. Splattered paint shall be corrected to the satisfaction of the Contracting Officer.
2. Protect adjacent work and material by suitable covering or other method during the progress of the work.
3. Protect exterior materials from staining and water damage prior to painting or staining. Protect exterior painted work from damage.
4. Care shall be taken to avoid lapping of paint on glass or hardware. Paint shall be sharply cut to lines.
5. Mask over labels and descriptive plaques on equipment prior to painting.
6. Remove hardware and hardware accessories, plates, machined surfaces, lighting fixtures, bulletin boards, and similar items already installed that are not to be painted. If removal is impractical or impossible because of size or weight of the item, provide surface-applied protection before surface preparation and painting.
A. After completing painting operations in each space or area, reinstall items removed using workers skilled in the trades involved.
B. Surface Preparation: All surfaces to be painted or stained shall be high pressure washed. Before application of paint/stain, surfaces to be coated shall be thoroughly cleaned and properly prepared to the requirements of the manufacturer’s specification. Dust, dirt, oil, grease, moisture, mortar, smoke, soot, tars, bitumen’s, or other contaminants shall be removed from unpainted surfaces.
C. Commercial Blast Cleaned surface, when viewed without magnification, shall be free of all visible oil, grease, dirt, dust, mill scale, rust, paint, oxides, corrosion products, and other foreign matter, except for staining. Staining shall be limited to no more than 33 percent of each square inch of surface area and may consist of light shadows, slight streaks, or minor discoloration caused by stains of rust, stains of mill scale, or stains of previously applied paint. Before blast cleaning, visible deposits of oil or grease shall be removed by any of the methods specified in SSPC-SP1 or other agreed upon methods. For complete instructions, refer to Joint Surface Preparation Standard (SSPC-SP6/NACE No. 3). Allow 48hrs for surface to fully dry before paint is applied to surface.
1. Previously painted surfaces shall be similarly cleaned of such foreign matter and, in addition, paint that has deteriorated to a chalky or powdered state or is checked, cracked, scaled, blistered, peeled, alligatored, wrinkled, sagged, loose, stained, or otherwise unacceptable shall be removed.
2. On metal surfaces, rust and scale that is not part of the parent metal, and shavings and cuttings shall also be removed from the parts of the structure.
3. Cement drippings from construction or subsequent repairs or other foreign materials shall not be painted over but shall be completely removed by suitable mechanical or chemical means.
4. Tree limbs or other growth overhanging or fouling the structure shall be cut away and removed.
5. The cleanliness of surfaces shall be approved before the application of a coat of paint.
6. Fill holes where nails have been set.
7. Re-secure loose boards/siding where needed with nails.
8. Repair woodpecker holes and similar siding or trim defects.
D. Power Wire Brushing: Avoid excessive power wire-brushing of metal surfaces which may eliminate the paint anchor pattern. Some small amount of roughness is necessary to bond paint to the surface.
E. Hand Tool Cleaning: Remove all loose mill scale, loose rust, and other detrimental foreign matter. It is not intended that adherent mill scale, rust, and paint be removed by this process. Mill scale, rust, and paint are considered adherent if they cannot be removed by lifting with a dull putty knife. Before hand tool cleaning, remove visible oil, grease, soluble residues, and salts by the methods outlined in SSPCSP1. For complete instructions, refer to Steel Structures Paint Council Surface Preparation Specification No. 2
(SSPC-SP2)
F. Solvent Cleaning: Remove oil, grease, and soot from metal surfaces by the use of mineral spirits or turpentine. Apply solvent by wiping or scrubbing with rags or brushes. Contaminants shall be removed by a thorough wiping of the affected areas with cloths saturated with clear solvents. Wipe a second time with clean cloths on which solvents have been poured. Emulsion cleaners, soaps, and detergents may be allowed. After cleaning they shall be removed completely by washing with clean, hot water.
G. Concrete Unit and Brick Masonry: Remove efflorescence by acid washing and rinsing with brushing as required. Remove dust, dirt, asphalt, tar, or excessive mortar by scraping or wire brushing. Remove rust, grease, and oil by solvent cleaning.
H. New Wood:
1. Remove dirt, oil, and other foreign substances with mineral spirits, scrapers, or sandpaper.
Finished surfaces, exposed to view, shall be made smooth by sanding and dusting off.
2. Immediately after trimming, hanging, and fitting, edges of doors shall be painted, with two coats of the specified material.
3. Small, dry, seasoned knots shall be surface scraped and thoroughly cleaned, and shall be given a coat of knot sealer before application of primer coat. Pitch on large, open, unseasoned knots and other beads or streaks of pitch shall be scraped off, or if still soft, shall be removed with mineral spirits or turpentine and the area coated with knot sealer. After sealing interior surfaces to be natural finished, holes and imperfections in finish surfaces shall be filled with putty or plastic wood filler colored to match the finish coat, allowed to dry, and sanded smooth.
I. Existing Wood:
1. If existing finish is sound, free of defects, and shows normal chalking, scrape & lightly sand the existing finish to allow a small amount of roughness for the new coat to bond to.
2. If 30 percent of the existing finish on a member is checked, cracked, alligatored, blistered, or is in otherwise unsound condition, or in a condition which would be harmful to the specified painting, remove existing finish to bare wood.
3. Must be clean and dry. Prime and paint as soon as possible. Knots and pitch streaks must be scraped, sanded, and spot primed before a full priming coat is applied. Patch all nail holes and imperfections with a wood filler or putty and sand smooth.
J. Ferrous:
1. Surfaces shall be free of oil and grease before painting.
2. Surfaces that contain rust, mill scale, and other foreign substances shall be mechanically cleaned by wire brushing. Apply one coat of primer to surface on the same day.
3. Wire brush and touch up abraded or corroded spots of shop-coated surfaces with material similar in color to the shop coat.
4.4 APPLICATION:
A. General: All surfaces shall have two (2) coats of paint or stain per manufacturer’s specification. Coatings shall be applied undiluted, except as noted; each coat shall have the mil thickness specified by the manufacturer for the intended application.
1. Tops and bottoms of wood doors shall be finished identical to door faces. Painting is required in areas routed or drilled for hardware. UL labels on doors and frames shall not be painted. Finish exterior doors on tops, bottoms and side edges same as exterior faces, unless otherwise indicated.
2. Hardwood to be finished shall be sanded smooth and surface cleaned before first coat and between coats with fine sand paper and shall be wiped with a tack rag after each sanding.
3. Access panels shall be painted in the open position and edges painted.
B. Priming: Apply first-coat material to surfaces that have been cleaned, pretreated, or otherwise prepared for painting as soon as practicable after preparation and before subsequent surface deterioration.
1. Undercoats of paint and enamel shall be tinted to the approximate shade of the final coat. Successive coats shall be tinted slightly darker to assure coverage.
2. New Construction: The first coat shall be applied to the cleaned surfaces before soiling or deterioration can occur. The cleaned areas of exterior surfaces shall receive the first protective coat well before nightfall brings lower temperatures and possible moisture condensation on the surfaces.
3. Every coat of the paint system shall be applied over dry, soil-free surfaces and previous coats shall be free from mechanical damage.
C. Interface With Existing Painted Surfaces: Do not damage sound paint areas by cleaning operations on adjacent areas.
1. The effect of newly applied paint on the old, underlying coating should be noted. Paint that shows curling, lifting, or excessive wrinkling shall be removed and the area repainted.
2. The junctions between sound paint and spot-cleaned areas shall present a smooth, feathered appearance. Before the overall finish coat of paint is applied, ensure that oil, grime, dust and other contaminants are cleaned from the old paint surfaces. The application of paint to spot-cleaned areas shall overlap the old adjacent paint to a slight extent in order to assure full coverage of the cleaned areas.
D. Pigmented Finish Procedure: Where multiple coats of pigmented finish are used, each preceding coat shall differ slightly from the next-succeeding coat but shall be of the same hue.
1. Roll and distribute enamel finish paint to an even and fine texture. Leave no evidence of rolling such as laps, irregularity in texture, skid marks, or other surface imperfections.
2. Completely cover with pigmented paint to provide an opaque, smooth surface of uniform finish, color, appearance, and coverage. Cloudiness, spotting, holidays, laps, brush marks, runs, sags, ropiness, or other surface imperfections will not be acceptable.
3. Apply prime coat of material which is required to be painted or finished, and which has not been prime coated by others. Recoat primed and sealed surfaces where there is evidence of suction spots or unsealed areas in first coat, to assure a finish coat with no burn-through or other defects due to insufficient sealing.
4. Sand lightly between each succeeding enamel or varnish coat.
5. Exposed nails and other ferrous metal to be painted with latex water-based paints shall be spot-primed with rust-inhibiting primer.
E. Clear Finish Procedure: Use multiple coats of transparent finish to produce a glass-smooth surface film of even luster. Provide a finish free of laps, cloudiness, color irregularity, runs, brush marks, orange peel, nail holes, or other surface imperfections. Provide satin finish for final coats, unless otherwise indicated.
F. Spray and Brush Painting: Paint ingredients shall be kept properly mixed in spray pots or containers during paint application, either by continuous mechanical agitation or by intermittent agitation. Paint shall be applied in a uniform layer, with overlapping at the edge of the spray pattern. The spray pattern shall be adjusted so that the paint is deposited uniformly. During application, the gun shall be held at right angles (perpendicular) to the surface, and at a distance that will ensure that a wet layer of paint is deposited on the surface. The trigger of the gun shall be released at the end of each stroke. Runs, sags, or curtains shall be brushed out immediately, or the paint shall be removed and these areas repainted. All paint applied with paint gun shall be either back brushed or back rolled.
1. Brush striping will be required in areas inaccessible to the spray gun. These areas shall be painted by brush or sheepskin daubers and brushes used to work paint into cracks, crevices, and blind spots that are not adequately painted by spray.
2. Painting by brush shall be done in a neat, workmanlike manner to produce a smooth coat as uniform in thickness as possible. Paint shall be worked into irregularities in the surface, crevices, and corners. Runs, sags, or curtains shall be brushed out. Surfaces that are inaccessible for painting with brushes and on which spraying is not permitted shall have paint applied by means of sheepskin daubers. When flat brushes are used, they shall not exceed 4 inches in width. The bristle length shall be no less than 3-1/2 inches. When not in use, the brushes shall be kept in a clean, acceptable condition.
G. Surfaces to be Painted: Except where natural finish of material is specifically noted as a surface not to be painted, paint exposed surfaces whether or not colors are designated in "schedules." Where items or surfaces are not specifically mentioned, paint the same as similar adjacent materials or areas. If color or finish is not designated, the Contracting Officer will select these from standard colors or finishes available.
1. Where surfaces or materials of different colors intersect, each color shall be cut carefully into the other to form a neat, straight line.
2. Ensure that those surfaces which are not in contact, but which will be made inaccessible by assembly or erection, have received the full number of specified coats before they become inaccessible.
3. Surfaces that are left unpainted by the requirements of other specifications shall be painted or finished as a part of this section. Some prime coats are specified elsewhere but shall be painted two finish coats as a part of this section.
4. Primed Ferrous Metal: Exterior and interior exposed and primed ferrous metal shall be painted, whether walls and ceilings are painted or not, unless noted otherwise.
H. Mechanical and Electrical Equipment: Items to be painted include, but are not limited to, the following:
1. Exposed conduit and electrical equipment occurring in finished areas: Color and texture to match adjacent surfaces.
I. Work Not Included: Unless specified otherwise, field painting will not be required on items furnished with a factory-applied finish paint or on the following items: Bronze, chromium plate, nickel, stainless steel, or aluminum.
1. Do not paint code-required labels, such as Underwriters' Laboratories and Factory Mutual, or equipment identification, performance rating, name, or nomenclature plates.
4.5 CLEANING
A. General: Paint spots, oil, or stains shall be removed from windows, hardware, and other surfaces not scheduled to receive paint finishes.
B. Removal: Upon completion of the work, staging, scaffolding, and containers shall be removed from the project.
C. Damaged Areas: Paint exposed to freezing, excessive humidity, rain, snow, or condensation shall be permitted to dry. Damaged areas of paint shall then be removed, the surface again prepared and painted with the same number of coats of paint of the same kind as the undamaged area.
D. Scheduling: Cleaning and painting shall be so scheduled that dust and other contaminants from the cleaning process will not fall on wet, newly painted surfaces.
E. Fire Hazards: Clothes and waste which would constitute a fire hazard shall be removed from the project daily.
4.6 PAYMENT
Final payment will be issued upon project completion and acceptance by Contracting Officer (for each building). Partial payment maybe authorized upon written request of contractor after mobilization and material delivery to site.
SECTION D – Packaging and Marking
PROJECT LABELING FOR OFFICIAL CORRESPONDENCE

52.204-11 American Recovery and Reinvestment Act--Reporting Requirements. (MAR 2009)
(a) Definitions. As used in this clause--
"Contract," as defined in FAR 2.101, means a mutually binding legal relationship obligating the seller to furnish the supplies or services (including construction) and the buyer to pay for them. It includes all types of commitments that obligate the Government to an expenditure of appropriated funds and that, except as otherwise authorized, are in writing. In addition to bilateral instruments, contracts include (but are not limited to) awards and notices of awards; job orders or task letters issued under basic ordering agreements; letter contracts; orders, such as purchase orders, under which the contract becomes effective by written acceptance or performance; and bilateral contract modifications. Contracts do not include grants and cooperative agreements covered by 31 U.S.C. 6301, et seq. For discussion of various types of contracts, see FAR Part 16.
"First-tier subcontract" means a subcontract awarded directly by a Federal Government prime contractor whose contract is funded by the Recovery Act.
"Jobs created" means an estimate of those new positions created and filled, or previously existing unfilled positions that are filled, as a result of funding by the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 (Recovery Act). This definition covers only prime contractor positions established in the United
States and outlying areas (see definition in FAR 2.101). The number shall be expressed as "full-time equivalent" (FTE), calculated cumulatively as all hours worked divided by the total number of hours in a full-time schedule, as defined by the contractor. For instance, two full-time employees and one part-time employee working half days would be reported as 2.5 FTE in each calendar quarter.
"Jobs retained" means an estimate of those previously existing filled positions that are retained as a result of funding by the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 (Recovery Act). This definition covers only prime contractor positions established in the United States and outlying areas (see definition in FAR 2.101).
"Total compensation" means the cash and noncash dollar value earned by the executive during the contractor's past fiscal year of the following (for more information see 17 CFR 229.402(c)(2)):
(1) Salary and bonus.
(2) Awards of stock, stock options, and stock appreciation rights. Use the dollar amount recognized for financial statement reporting purposes with respect to the fiscal year in accordance with the Statement of Financial Accounting Standards No. 123 (Revised 2004) (FAS
123R), Shared Based Payments.
(3) Earnings for services under non-equity incentive plans. Does not include group life, health, hospitalization or medical reimbursement plans that do not discriminate in favor of executives, and are available generally to all salaried employees.
(4) Change in pension value. This is the change in present value of defined benefit and actuarial pension plans.
(5) Above-market earnings on deferred compensation which is not tax-qualified.
(6) Other compensation. For example, severance, termination payments, value of life insurance paid on behalf of the employee, perquisites or property if the value for the executive exceeds
$10,000.
(b) This contract requires the contractor to provide products and/or services that are funded under the
American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 (Recovery Act). Section 1512(c) of the Recovery
Act requires each contractor to report on its use of Recovery Act funds under this contract. These reports will be made available to the public.
(c) Reports from contractors for all work funded, in whole or in part, by the Recovery Act, and for which an invoice is submitted prior to June 30, 2009, are due no later than July 10, 2009. Thereafter, reports shall be submitted no later than the 10th day after the end of each calendar quarter.
(d) The Contractor shall report the following information, using the online reporting tool available at http://www.FederalReporting.gov.
(1) The Government contract and order number, as applicable.
(2) The amount of Recovery Act funds invoiced by the contractor for the reporting period. A cumulative amount from all the reports submitted for this action will be maintained by the government's on-line reporting tool.

This covers the contract (or portion thereof) funded by the Recovery Act.
(7) A narrative description of the employment impact of work funded by the Recovery Act. This narrative should be cumulative for each calendar quarter and only address the impact on the contractor's workforce. At a minimum, the contractor shall provide--
(i) A brief description of the types of jobs created and jobs retained in the United States and outlying areas (see definition in FAR 2.101). This description may rely on job titles, broader labor categories, or the contractor's existing practice for describing jobs as long as the terms used are widely understood and describe the general nature of the work; and
(ii) An estimate of the number of jobs created and jobs retained by the prime contractor, in the United States and outlying areas. A job cannot be reported as both created and retained.
(8) Names and total compensation of each of the five most highly compensated officers of the
Contractor for the calendar year in which the contract is awarded if--
(i) In the Contractor's preceding fiscal year, the Contractor received--
(A) 80 percent or more of its annual gross revenues from Federal contracts (and subcontracts), loans, grants (and subgrants) and cooperative agreements; and

Revenue Code of 1986.
(9) For subcontracts valued at less than $25,000 or any subcontracts awarded to an individual, or subcontracts awarded to a subcontractor that in the previous tax year had gross income under
$300,000, the Contractor shall only report the aggregate number of such first tier subcontracts awarded in the quarter and their aggregate total dollar amount.
(10) For any first-tier subcontract funded in whole or in part under the Recovery Act, that is over
$25,000 and not subject to reporting under paragraph 9, the contractor shall require the subcontractor to provide the information described in (i), (ix), (x), and (xi) below to the contractor for the purposes of the quarterly report. The contractor shall advise the subcontractor that the information will be made available to the public as required by section 1512 of the
Recovery Act. The contractor shall provide detailed information on these first-tier subcontracts as follows:

(and subcontracts), loans, grants (and subgrants), and cooperative agreements; and
(B) The public does not have access to information about the compensation of the senior executives through periodic reports filed under section 13(a) or 15(d) of the
Securities Exchange Act of 1934 (15 U.S.C. 78m(a), 78o(d)) or section 6104 of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986.
52.225-21 Required Use of American Iron, Steel, and Other Manufactured Goods--Buy American
Act--Construction Materials. (MAR 2009)
"Construction material" means an article, material, or supply brought to the construction site by the
Contractor or a subcontractor for incorporation into the building or work. The term also includes an item brought to the site preassembled from articles, materials, or supplies. However, emergency life safety systems, such as emergency lighting, fire alarm, and audio evacuation systems, that are discrete systems incorporated into a public building or work and that are produced as complete systems, are evaluated as a single and distinct construction material regardless of when or how the individual parts or components of those systems are delivered to the construction site. Materials purchased directly by the Government are supplies, not construction material.
"Domestic construction material" means--
(1) An unmanufactured construction material mined or produced in the United States; or
(2) A construction material manufactured in the United States.
"Foreign construction material" means a construction material other than a domestic construction material.
"Manufactured construction material" means any construction material that is not unmanufactured construction material.
"Steel" means an alloy that includes at least 50 percent iron, between .02 and 2 percent carbons, and may include other elements.
"United States" means the 50 States, the District of Columbia, and outlying areas.
"Unmanufactured construction material" means raw material brought to the construction site for incorporation into the building or work that has not been--
(1) Processed into a specific form and shape; or
(2) Combined with other raw material to create a material that has different properties than the properties of the individual raw materials.
(b) Domestic preference. (1) This clause implements--
(i) Section 1605 of the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009
(Recovery Act) (Pub. L. 111-5), by requiring, unless an exception applies, that all iron, steel, and other manufactured goods used as construction material in the project are produced in the United States; and
(ii) The Buy American Act (41 U.S.C. 10a-10d) by providing a preference for unmanufactured domestic construction material.
(2) The Contractor shall use only domestic construction material in performing this contract, except as provided in paragraph (b)(3) and (b)(4) of this clause.
(3) This requirement does not apply to the construction material or components listed by the
Government as follows: NONE
(4) The Contracting Officer may add other foreign construction material to the list in paragraph
(b)(3) of this clause if the Government determines that--
(i) The cost of domestic construction material would be unreasonable.
(A) The cost of domestic iron, steel, or other manufactured goods used as construction material is unreasonable when the cumulative cost of such material will increase the cost of the contract by more than 25 percent;
(B) The cost of unmanufactured construction material is unreasonable when the cost of such material exceeds the cost of foreign material by more than 6 percent;
(ii) The construction material is not mined, produced, or manufactured in the United
States in sufficient and reasonably available quantities and of a satisfactory quality; or
(iii) The application of the restriction of section 1605 of the Recovery Act or the Buy
American Act to a particular construction material would be inconsistent with the public interest.
(c) Request for determination of inapplicability of Section 1605 of the Recovery Act or the Buy
American Act. (1)(i) Any Contractor request to use foreign construction material in accordance with paragraph (b)(4) of this clause shall include adequate information for Government evaluation of the request, including--
(A) A description of the foreign and domestic construction materials;
(B) Unit of measure;
(C) Quantity;
(D) Cost;
(E) Time of delivery or availability;
(F) Location of the construction project;
(G) Name and address of the proposed supplier; and
(H) A detailed justification of the reason for use of foreign construction materials cited in accordance with paragraph (b)(4) of this clause.
(ii) A request based on unreasonable cost shall include a reasonable survey of the market and a completed cost comparison table in the format in paragraph (d) of this clause.
(iii) The cost of construction material shall include all delivery costs to the construction site and any applicable duty.
(iv) Any Contractor request for a determination submitted after contract award shall explain why the Contractor could not reasonably foresee the need for such determination and could not have requested the determination before contract award. If the Contractor does not submit a satisfactory explanation, the Contracting Officer need not make a determination.
(2) If the Government determines after contract award that an exception to section 1605 of the
Recovery Act or the Buy American Act applies and the Contracting Officer and the Contractor negotiate adequate consideration, the Contracting Officer will modify the contract to allow use of the foreign construction material. However, when the basis for the exception is the unreasonable cost of a domestic construction material, adequate consideration is not less than the differential established in paragraph (b)(4)(i) of this clause.
(3) Unless the Government determines that an exception to section 1605 of the Recovery Act or the Buy American Act applies, use of foreign construction material is noncompliant with section
1605 of the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act or the Buy American Act.
(d) Data. To permit evaluation of requests under paragraph (c) of this clause based on unreasonable cost, the Contractor shall include the following information and any applicable supporting data based on the survey of suppliers:
Foreign and Domestic Construction Materials Cost Comparison
Construction material description Quantity Unit of measure Cost (dollars)*
Item 1:
Foreign construction material [ ]

(List name, address, telephone number, and contact for suppliers surveyed. Attach copy of response; if oral, attach summary.)
(Include other applicable supporting information.)
(* Include all delivery costs to the construction site.)
SECTION I – Contract Clauses
52.252-2 Clauses Incorporated by Reference. (FEB 1998)

Upon request, the Contracting Officer will make their full text available. Also, the full text of a clause may be accessed electronically at this/these address (es): www.arnet.gov/far or www.usda/procurement/policy/agar.html/
52.204 -7 Central Contractor Registration. (APR 2008)
"Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database" means the primary Government repository for Contractor information required for the conduct of business with the Government.
"Data Universal Numbering System (DUNS) number" means the 9-digit number assigned by Dun and
Bradstreet, Inc. (D&B) to identify unique business entities.
"Data Universal Numbering System +4 (DUNS+4) number" means the DUNS number assigned by D&B plus a
4-character suffix that may be assigned by a business concern. (D&B has no affiliation with this 4-character suffix.) This 4-character suffix may be assigned at the discretion of the business concern to establish additional
CCR records for identifying alternative Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) accounts (see the FAR at Subpart
32.11) for the same concern.
"Registered in the CCR database" means that--
(1) The Contractor has entered all mandatory information, including the DUNS number or the
DUNS+4 number, into the CCR database; and
(2) The Government has validated all mandatory data fields, to include validation of the
Taxpayer Identification Number (TIN) with the Internal Revenue Service (IRS), and has marked the record "Active". The Contractor will be required to provide consent for TIN validation to the
Government as a part of the CCR registration process.
(b)(1) By submission of an offer, the offeror acknowledges the requirement that a prospective awardee shall be registered in the CCR database prior to award, during performance, and through final payment of any contract, basic agreement, basic ordering agreement, or blanket purchasing agreement resulting from this solicitation.
(2) The offeror shall enter, in the block with its name and address on the cover page of its offer, the annotation "DUNS" or "DUNS +4" followed by the DUNS or DUNS +4 numbers that identifies the offeror's name and address exactly as stated in the offer. The DUNS number will be used by the Contracting Officer to verify that the offeror is registered in the CCR database.
(c) If the offeror does not have a DUNS number, it should contact Dun and Bradstreet directly to obtain one.
