Answer: In answer to the above questions, please direct your attention to the technical capability & past performance. Those are some of the things we will evaluating when determining a contractor that best meets the government’s needs.

Clarification Point to The Above: As stated in the solicitation, “Contractors should submit sufficient information in order for the government to conduct an evaluation of their quote.” The government will evaluate technical capability, past performance and price.

In order for the Government to conduct the technical evaluation and determine the technical capability of the service to meet the agency’s needs and the demonstrated ability to perform the work requested in the SOW, the contractor is responsible for submitting sufficient information. Generally this is in the form of a detailed narrative or whatever other information is necessary in order for the government to conduct an evaluation of the technical capability of the contractor. Likewise the Contractor should provide the requested information for the evaluation of past performance, and the burden of providing thorough and complete past performance information remains with the Contractor.

The criteria as well as the required information for the evaluation of technical capability, past performance and price can be found on pages 33-34 of the solicitation.
