NOTES:

1. All wells are located in areas that allow small equipment access.

2. With the exception of the wells located at the Watersmeet District office, a 5' x 5' concrete pad should be assumed at each well.

3. Watersmeet District office wells: One well is located inside a building that is scheduled for demolition, so the damage done to the floor to abandon the well will not be repaired. The other well is located on the grounds and there is no concrete pad around the well casing.

Contractor Questions:

1) Do you have the depth of each well?

2) What is the casing size and material for each well?

3) What type of soils are each at well?

4) Is #1 North, #2 South, Imp Lake Tower, or Imp Lake Picnic Ground the 1 st loop?

5) Which wells have the 5’x5’ concrete pad?

6) Are all the wells accessible with small equipment?
