10. THE GOVERNMENT REQUIRES PERFORMANCE OF THE WORK DESCRIBED IN THESE DOCUMENTS (Title, identifying no., date)
Provide construction services for Renovate Entry Main Building, North End, at the
USDA, ARS, PBARC, Hilo, HI location, in accordance with the attached specifications and drawings. The attached clauses, provisions, and the General Decision No.
HI150001 dated 7/10/2015, are applicable. The site visit will be Wednesday, August
12 at 9:00 a.m. The estimated price, inclusive of options, is between $250,000 and
$500,000. The project is 100% set-aside for small business (NAICS code is 236220;
size standard is $36.5 million average annual receipts).
11. The Contractor shall begin performance
