Questions are in Blue, Answers are in Red
What our applications would be? Analyzing biological markers in bovine sperm to identify valuable measures that are indicative of fertility.
What fluorescent wavelength we are interested in? Only one I am familiar with is 488 nm but limitless possibilities as we advance our knowledge and abilities. This led to a question from me whether the system(s) they have can be expanded upon without the need to replace the machine (ie., can we add additional lasers / wavelengths as we learn more? Yes.
Are we interested in single sample analyses or 96-well plate capabilities? 96-well plate capabilities preferred.
