1. Please advise if AG-32SB-S-16-0004 is a new requirement or if there is an incumbent. If existing, who is the incumbent and what is the current contract value and contract number? This is a new requirement.

2. We would like to request complete physical addresses of each location to allow vendors the ability to do a logistics match to their closest facility. An address list has been uploaded to the solicitation attachments.

3. This nationwide bid, is only open for a week? We are have extended the RFQ five calendar days from the original response time.

a. We are going to need more time to source, etc.? Please re-phrase this inquiry if it’s a question.

b. Can it be extended for a longer period? Yes, the RFQ will now close on September 6, 2016 at 2pm ET, and questions are now due September 2, 2016 at noon ET.

4. Can you please confirm that you are looking for a per SCF price on the gas products, not a price per cylinder? The RFQ is asking for pricing per Square Cubic Foot.

5. Do you have annual usage data for the (11) different gases? We are providing the internal survey data but it is in a raw format. Please see the solicitation attachments. We are unable to make updates at this time, because of the numerous USDA agencies that contributed.

6. Should the applicable shipping and handling costs be submitted with our proposal or provide to the respective purchasing agent when an order is placed? This needs to be provided to the respective purchasing agent if an order is placed.

11. I do not see where the Q&A was posted last week for the compressed gas solicitation.

The green arrow below shows where the Q&A response is located on the FBO.gov solicitation.

12. Can you please let me know if there is possibly a new solicitation number I should be referencing?

A new solicitation number is not coming out.

13. I also received notification (below) from FBO regarding another change posted yesterday but again I do not see it on the site.

Change #2 on August 30th was for a clerical correction of the response date in the General Information Column to match the solicitation text.

14. I am having trouble downloading the zip file to see all of the files associated with the above mentioned solicitation for nationwide compressed gases. I cannot download the updated RFQ, pricing or the compressed gases required. Is it possible for you to send these documents to me.

I didn’t upload any .zip files onto the FBO.gov solicitation.

File details come from the government source that posted it. Updated .
