1. In the solicitation there are letters a-e in line item 1 of each option year. There are only 4 labor categories and 6 equipment lines, does that mean we only bid on a total of 4 labor categories and 6 pieces of equipment or are these only samples of the format required.

Not limited to delineated line items. Add lines as necessary. A walk thru of the facility will assist you in knowing what type of requirements are for the different tasks that will be performed, which should give you a good idea of the different disciplines, i.e., carpentry, masonry, electrical, site work, concrete, equipment, mechanical, See statement of work Section C.2.

2. In the Scope of Work item 2, line items 2.1-2.16 you give a detail break out of the work. Is the pricing you are requiring in the option year line items labor categories and equipment supposed to be priced out by Lineal foot or what is the measurement item as there is no specifics on each project. That would be determined on the individual task order.

You may want to provide pricing for both LF and SF. The Facility Manager is out and will not be returning until end of July to provide a specific answer before closing of solicitation.

3. In the Evaluation Criteria (M2) the government uses pricing as one of the evaluation factors, is this pricing based on line items 2.1-2.16 only as a baseline for comparison for all contractors?

Yes, pricing is always considered but your technical expertise submission and past performance are most important than price.
