Civil & Structural Engineering Services White Mountain National Forest
| To: |
| All offerors |
The request for qualifications for the Civil and Structural Engineering services on the White Mountain National Forest was originally announced on www.fbo.gov on February 23, 2012 and closed on March 28, 2012. Since then we have completed our evaluations of the eleven firms who submitted their qualifications and finalized the ranking of all firms. There will be two Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity Contracts issued as a result of this solicitation.
Based on the final rankings, we will begin conducting negotiations with H.E. Bergeron Engineers, Inc. from North Conway, NH and CLD Consulting Engineers, Inc. from Manchester, NH. If a fair and reasonable price is achieved, two contract awards will be issued for a base year plus four option years up to a maximum amount of $1,000,000 over that period. Award information will be posted to www.fbo.gov under the above mentioned solicitation number. If we are unable to achieve reasonable pricing for the work to be performed with the top ranked firms, we will commence negotiations with the next most qualified firm.
Offerors may request a debriefing of their proposal within three days of receipt of this letter. To request a debriefing, please email me at mconn@fs.fed.us to schedule an appointment.
Thank you for your interest in this project. Please monitor www.fbo.gov for any future projects.
